Yog Gokul has specially designed this program for people looking to lose weight naturally through yoga. Although yoga is believed to burn lower calories than other weight loss programs, it’s effect is long lasting. We have combined few body weight exercises along with yoga. The workout is designed in such a way that your own body weight is used instead of external weights for weight reduction. You will be given a diet plan which you need to follow strictly without which results cannot be achieved. Also initial two weeks will be dedicated yo preparing your body for weight loss. Hence initial two weeks training will consist of gentle stretches to gain flexibility. It is a three months program and you need to attend it regularly 5 days a week to get best results.
We have experienced trainers to guide you through the program. At any point of time you will be given personal attention and you are free to ask any doubts. If you are not getting results, your diet and workout will be changed slightly and you may have to undergo few personal sessions to get best results.

Tips to choose weight loss program:
