Yog Gokul Group class is a 60 minutes yoga class with a mixture of power yoga, hatha yoga and ashtanga vinyasa yoga flow. After the class reaches a peak point, relaxing asanas are introduced followed by stretching and pranayama. Group classes are suitable for all levels. However people having any severe medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors and talk to our chief yoga instructor before signing up for the classes. We believe, with every group yoga class we get a unique experience to cater to needs of our students.
Young crowd finds these classes very exciting due to the power workouts which aid weight loss and overall fitness. We have seen that even older age groups enjoy these classes as they are motivated by the youngsters and positive energy which sets a high morale for the entire group.
