Yin Yoga

Like all other forms of yoga, Yin yoga also provides emotional, physical and mental stability. Yin yoga involves passive sitting postures which can be held for longer durations and leads one to deeper journey which unfolds meditative aspects of yoga.

Yin yoga consists of over two dozen      postures that target connective tissues including bones, ligaments and joints of the body that are not often exercised in an active practice of asanas. Yin yoga focuses on connective tissues especially related to hips, spine and lower spine.
